1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Nouvsupply website and the booking of thinAir adaptive oxygen therapy sessions. By using this site or booking a session you agree to them. Nouvsupply operates from its Cambridge and London locations and can be contacted at enquiries@nouvsupply.com.

2. Our services

We provide thinAir adaptive oxygen therapy sessions and supply thinAir systems to business partners as the authorised wholesale partner of thinAir. Session availability, pricing and programme structure are as displayed on this website at the time of booking.

3. Not medical advice

thinAir is a wellness therapy, not a medical treatment. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our services do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take regular medication, consult your GP before starting sessions. Results described on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your outcome.

4. Bookings, payment and cancellation

• Sessions are payable at the price displayed at the time of booking. The initial therapy programme is a minimum of 15 sessions.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to rearrange or cancel a session; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
• Statutory consumer rights under UK law are unaffected by these terms.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to follow the guidance given by your provider during sessions, and to tell your provider about any health changes that could affect your therapy.

6. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Nouvsupply or its licensors. thinAir™ and its associated branding are trademarks of their respective owner, used here as an authorised partner.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
